Edgar Duch

My name is Edgar Duch. I was born in 1997 and I am from Barcelona.

I studied graphic design at EINA and now I'm dedicated to the artistic expression through calligraphy. Where did all this come from?

 

In college I took a subject in medieval calligraphy. As soon as I learned about it, in 2018, I began to experiment with the volumes it could give me. Playing with different pen sizes and letter spacing concluded in the developing of a personal project, Volumetric Calligraphy. I am taking advantage of it as much as I can working with paintings, walls, digital and many more paths that I have been discovering.

 

I spend long times with acrylics and brushes but when i have to evade myself and get inspired nothing like a road trip, a high mountain and fresh wild air. Browse my page to keep discovering with me and to find out more.
